Why we made this book
When Buzz Women approached one million women, we felt it was time to pause and reflect. Not to celebrate ourselves, but to ask a simple question: What did it truly take to shift systems from the ground up?
Over more than a decade, we have learned about inner transformation, trust, opportunity, local ownership, leadership, sisterhood and the power of women to create ripples of change around them.We have also made mistakes, changed course, questioned our own assumptions and discovered things we never expected.
The Buzz Way brings these insights, principles and hard-earned lessons together, from A to Z. We wrote them down because we don’t want to keep what we have learned to ourselves.
