Our work begins in the most ordinary yet profound ways by meeting women at their doorstep. A school on wheels arrives in a village. Women gather in the shade of a tent, a tree, or in a town hall. They exchange knowledge on how to manage money, how to care for their land, and how to care for themselves.
From these gatherings, networks form. Women choose leaders among themselves. They sit together to solve problems, to reflect and to make plans. They start businesses. They grow organic food in kitchen gardens. They raise their voices in local councils. They share what they learn with their children, families, neighbors, and whole communities. That is how change spreads.
