No Refund Available

All online donations made to Buzz Women are considered final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded for any reason. Buzz Women expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations.

In case any donation by the donor is credited twice, owing to numerous reasons, including but not limited to, technical glitches in the payment gateway, failure of payment confirmation following the donation, failed transaction due to poor internet connectivity, delayed response from the donor’s bank server, and/or any other similar reason, Buzz Women will not be liable to refund the donation so made.

Tax Deductibility and 80G Exemption

Contributions made to Buzz India Trust are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.

Contributions made to Buzz Women Foundation in the Netherlands are eligible for tax exemption. Buzz Women Foundation holds ANBI status (Public Benefit Organisation), which means your donation may be eligible for gift tax deduction through the Dutch Tax Authority (Belastingdienst).

It is the responsibility of the donor to determine the tax implications of their donation and to seek advice from a qualified tax professional.

Variation of the Refund Policy

Buzz Women at its sole discretion can, from time to time, add, alter, delete or modify any of the terms and conditions mentioned above.
