Our governance structure ensures robust oversight from the global to the grassroots level. The Buzz Women Foundation in the Netherlands, Buzz Women India and Buzz Women Gambia each operate as independent legal entities with their own board, providing financial oversight, strategic guidance and mission alignment.
Every grassroots partner in the Buzz Women network has its own board as well, safeguarding transparent governance and alignment with shared values at the community level. This multi-layered structure means accountability is embedded at every level, protecting both our mission and the integrity of our work as the movement grows across continents.
